Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product are accurate. However, while the reproduction of images is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

The prices reflected on the website are strictly meant for purchases made online only and these prices may from time to time vary from those found at physical stores in Singapore and are also subject to change at any time.

Able Pack shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products published in the website are accurate. Though, Able Pack reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice.

We only accept MasterCard & Visa. All transaction will occur in the currency Singapore dollars. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.

Acceptance of your order

Shortly after you have placed an online order with us, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Should you not receive an acknowledgment within one business day, please contact us at +65 6452 0702.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. In the event one or more products in an order are unavailable, Able Pack reserves the right to cancel the order or to proceed with the remaining order and adjust the final bill accordingly.

Refund/Returns/Cancellations

Able Pack does not accept any cancellations once order has been placed.

Able Pack shall either refund the value of a Product, or replace the Product to the Customer in the following cases

  • Product has been delivered in a damaged condition
  • Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery
  • A wrong Product is delivered

How do I return an order?

You can return your order to our office. All returned merchandise must be in original condition (including its packaging), together with a copy of the original invoice. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. You are responsible for any delivery cost incurred.

When can I expect my refund?

You can expect your refund to be made within 14 - 21 business days. Cash refund will be made on the spot if order is returned directly to our office.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of GST (VAT), where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
