Tamizu knives are made with advanced, high tech zirconium oxide which is extremely hard. The black blade is made out of black zirconium oxide and offers extra durability compared to white ceramic knife. Ceramic knives are also known for superior hardness, superior corrosion resistance, chemically inert and has a naturally non-stick surface. They remain sharper for a longer period of time than any steel blade. Blades are non-porous, preventing bacterial growth. Cutting edges finished for extreme sharpness and precise cuts.
